Product Description
The steel impeller feeder is suitable for conveying batching system in power plant, cement plant, chemical plant and soon. It can be used as gas-locked or quantitative feed for conveying dry powder material. It can also be used for discharging ash under ash hopper of dust collector and air heater. It has simple structure, stable performance and convenient operation and maintenance. It is an ideal accessory in conveying, discharging and batching system
The utility model is composed of rotating impeller with lattice chamber, air frame and new cycloid gear decelerating motor which is small in size, reliable in operation, good in sealing and wear resistance. The working principle of rigid impeller feeder is that when impeller is driven by transmission mechanism to rotate in the air frame, the powder material falling from the upper part of the separator (or hopper) enters the impeller compartment and is sent to the discharge port as the impellerrotates.
