The straight stroke equal pressure releasevalve is the control part in the fluid conveying system, which has thefunctions of cut-off, regulation, diversion, preventionof countercurrent, steady pressure, shunt or overflow relief.
In the blast furnace system, the averagepressure valve is used to balance the pressure between the furnace body and thebell. At present, most of the blast furnaces in our country are using the disctype equal pressure valve in the 1960s.
