Manual insert valve/sluice damper/gate valve

Manualplate valve in the normal use of each transmission part should be regularly checked, add lubricating oil to do a good job of maintenance.

 1. The valve cavity and sealing surface shallbe checked before installation of the insert plate valve, and no dirt or sandattachment shall be allowed;

2.Bolts in each connecting part should be tightened evenly;

3.Check the packing position requires tight, not only to ensure the sealing ofthe packing, but also to ensure flexible opening of the gate;

4.Before installing the valve, the user must proofread the valve type, connectionsize and medium flow direction to ensure consistency with the valverequirements.

5.When installing the valve, the user must reserve the necessary space for valvedrive;

6.The wiring of the driving device shall be carried out according to the circuitdiagram;

 7. The plug-in valve must be maintained on aregular basis and shall not collide and squeeze at will so as not to affect theseal.

Manualinsert plate valve is often used with unloading device or silo. Manual spiralgate valve is easy to connect and install by flange.
