Worm Gear Operated Sector Blind Plate Valve 

The worm gear operated sector blind plate valve is connected by three lead screws, and the three valve bodies are fixed on the base respectively to form a steel structure.

The middle body and the right body are connected with stainless steel expansion tube. The left and middle valve bodies are connected with three lead screws which has left and right trapezoidal threads at each end.

If the lead screws are rotated forward (or backward) at the same time, the two middle valve bodyies are compressed (or separated).

The worm gear operated sector blind plate valve has blind plate installed in the middle of the lead screws and the blind plate rotates around the axis. The lower two lead screws are installed positioning blocks for the blind plate in the same position, which can prevent blind plate from drift, dislocation and seal ring scratch when rotating. One of them is equipped with a worm wheel rotation mechanism to realize loosening and clamping the valve body.

The worm gear operated sector blind plate valve also called worm fan blind plate valve is mainly composed of left valve body, middle valve body,right valve body, sector blind plate, lead screw pair, stainless steel compensat or, two worm gear actuators, etc. According to the needs of different customers, our factory produces pneumatic sector blind plate valve,electric sector blind plate valve and manual blind plate valve, etc.
