The valve is suitable for blast furnace engineering gas pressure release system, is a closed valve. A hinged four-link mechanism arranged on the body support and equipped with a drive hydraulic cylinder and a pre-tightening spring pressure device. The front end of the rotating arm of the connecting rod mechanism is connected with a guide rod and a spring and two sets of upper and lower spherical mating pairs. A spherical hard-sealing pair of hard-sealed cemented carbide and a soft-sealing pair of silicone rubber rings are arranged on the sealing stop of the valve cover and the valve body
